Busy Life

Life is busy ...... very busy. Here's a glimpse into my week.My Chick Pea and Halloumi Fritters with tamarind chutney - Breakfast at Utopia, down at Bangalow, this morning. What a taste sensation -Utopia is definitely my favourite breakfast destination, as far as "the menu" goes.
Then it was a trip to the monthly Bangalow market. The Peach Creek Family Jug Band is always popular as far as the entertainment goes.Yesterday (Saturday) we went out to Jondaryan Heritage Festival - a 3 hour drive west of Toowoomba. The sheep dog trials are always one of my favourite things on the festival programme. Also love the daily Grand Parade. But, look who else I spotted in the Grand Parade. Rob driving one of the Fergie tractors!!!!There is so much to see at the Festival and of course I took lots of photographs.
Friday I took a friend to another favourite - Mavis's Kitchen near Mt Warning for her birthday lunch. Then coffee at the Tweed River Regional Gallery at Murwillumbah. The view at Mavis's.Thursday I had guests for lunch.Wednesday we went to the Sunshine Coast. Up to Eumundi then worked our way back through Yandina, Mapleton, Montville, Maleny and Glasshouse Mountains etc.The view from Montville where we stopped for lunch.Tuesday we did an all day drive on the Southern side of the Warrego Highway. Flagstone Creek, Grantham, Forest Hill, Rosevale (this photo is of the old Rosevale Pub), down to Aratula on a dirt road and home through Boonah etc. The scenery was stunning as the sun was setting on the Great Dividing Range.Thursday to Monday of last week, at Lowood with some of our motorhome friends. There you go - an overall picture. Certainly no time to be bored.
