Somerset Dam - its a beautiful spot to wake in the morning but there was no time for dilly dallying - it was straight into the Suzie (towing the boat) and onto the water to check our pots! What a feast for sore eyes - the dam is teaming with Red Claw after all the flooding rains and as there is no bag limit - we gathered what seemed like, an endless supply. We ate so much Red Claw for lunch we didn't feel like fronting up again for dinner, after we had headed out in the boats again late in the afternoon to check the pots for the second time today. It is heaven being out on the water.
