David took me to Rome!!

Wow!!!!

We arrived late in the afternoon so checked in at Fellini B&B right in the centre of Rome. Had dinner at a nearby restaurant, wandered the streets, then headed for the famous Fontana di Trevi. What a meeting place even in the early hours of the morning. I tossed in my coin and hope that it has guaranteed my return!! Because the fountain was close to Fellini (see photo below) we went back to see it every night then made a day time visit on the day we were leaving.

We sat and enjoyed the atmosphere and had some hot roasted chestnuts to keep us warm.
