Susan told me I would taste the best of all Socca's (a type of crepe made with chick pea flour) in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, so we got up early to have one for breakfast. The drive there had breathtaking views but sadly their favourite vendor was not at the market. Undeterred we did some other shopping.
Beaulieu-Sur-Mer is very much an up market beach resort area, in a beautiful setting down on the sea level but most of the commercial and residential area is up higher, which is where we explored. It was a magnificent day with clear blue skies and clean crisp air.
