A photo a day - Day 48

I was hoping we had left most of the hot weather behind but today reminded me that it is still summer!!!  Headed to the French Patisserie to take a treat to friends who had invited us to lunch.  My hat --- the traffic on the M1 was at snail's pace ... so frustrating when you have to be out at a certain time.

Had a great day - Yvonne is such a good cook and so good at entertaining.
